This can include anything from IVR and online data collection, through to research techniques such as conjoint analysis, online dashboards and portals. And because they are part of a larger corporation, they really understand the big picture when it comes it creating insight.
To be successful in this role, you need drive and focus to ensure everything you deliver is of the highest quality. You can communicate with clients in all sectors and have a high level of dealing with complex data sets across all methodologies and sources. An open mind and genuine interest in technology are also integral. Must also have: 5 yrs+ in market research operations and experience with scripting and data processing.
