A Day in the Life
In this role, you will co-lead a high performing team of analysts and account managers. You will be responsible for the delivery of solutions to blue chip brands and leading agencies across Australia. Delivery will be in the form of on-boarding and objective setting with new clients; analysis design & execution; training; advising on add-on solutions/ follow-up research. Through all of this you will work to ensure high levels of satisfaction and secure the renewal and growth of client contracts. You will also interface with a wide range of internal stakeholders across APAC and globally.

Measures of Success
This role will suit a mid level researcher looking to take that next step up into a management position. To be successful, you will need a tertiary education with 5+ years experience in market research and extensive experience in client servicing/commercial exposure. Previous experience supervising staff will be highly regarded. You will have strong presentation and overall communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a range of stakeholders. You will also have the flexibility to travel within Australia (approx. 3 short trips per quarter)
