The role
As a Client Insights Leader, you will be responsible for managing a firm-wide internal client insights function within a world-renowned management consultancy. This role requires you to lead existing and emerging clients, plan and guide qualitative and quantitative research and data analysis and share insights.
  
Moreover, you will also be responsible for understanding and analysing market trends to enable evidence-based improvements and drive strategic business decisions. In addition, it requires you to drive the Voice of Customer program nationally and support the achievement of firm CX & Brand strategies and related employee engagements. You will direct client advocacy and improve professional services/B2B client retention.

  
What you’ll do

  • Lead the existing Client Insights Programs and lead improvements to drive improved client outcomes, improve loyalty, drive advocacy and increase touch points. This will include face-to-face interviews, win/loss programs and online surveys
  • Collate, synthesise and analyse client and market insights to support leadership in making strategic data-driven decisions. Provide the business with detailed analysis and insights to assist commercial decision making
  • Regularly report on insights and key metrics as well as undertake analysis for senior stakeholders across the business
  • Leverage all available primary and secondary resources – internal data, access to stakeholders, syndicated data and custom research.
  • Manage, train and inspire your team to drive business outcomes across the end-to-end client journey.

  

Knowledge and experience

  • Familiarity in running complex research projects that require data inputs from multiple sources.
  • Experience leveraging survey tools (i.e. Qualtrics) and analytics tools, e.g. PowerBI.
  • Exceptional analytical and interpretive skills.
  • Proven ability to convert customer insights and market research into actionable customer outcomes.
  • Capability to work independently, under pressure and on tight deadlines.
  • Ability to give attention to details.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
