The Role
As a Research Director, you will be in charge of managing and carrying out all quantitative research projects. You will also serve as a point of contact for clients, improving outcomes and keeping them updated on the development. You will also be in charge of supervising team members, monitoring data collecting and analysis procedures, creating insights and formulating a sound plan of action.

  
What you’ll do

• Oversee all quantitative research process & projects
• Advise on research strategies and approaches
• Recruit and supervise researchers as well as commission and oversee policy work and identify potential collaborators and look for new opportunities
• Analyse quantitative data using robust methods – interpret, describe and publish findings
• Produce high-quality reports, proposals, papers, presentations and articles of a publishable standard based on the analysis of data and literature with a clear and engaging writing style
• Manage external relationships with clients and other stakeholders
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, persevere and solve problems as they arise
• Coordinate and cooperate with other members of the team as required

Knowledge and experience

• University degree in a relevant field such as sociology, anthropology, public policy, market research or other
• 10+ years of experience in quantitative research in the relevant settings
• Strong planning, coordination and project management skills
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Curious and with a growth mindset
• Creative and passionate about the power of research
• Ability to work independently
