The role
As a Manager (Surveys), you will collaborate with our client’s survey team on survey questionnaire design, drafting, editing, fielding and data collection for a variety of industries, population geographies and client types. You’ll work with a team of highly driven, enthusiastic people who will provide full hands-on support.
Further to that, you will act as a liaison between the company and the client, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and according to the agreed-upon standards and timelines, exceeding client expectations.

What you’ll do

  • Assist with the design and facilitation of customised surveys targeting a wide variety of specialised topics and populations
  • Research and design survey questions to collect data to gain an insight into the market and customers
  • Coordinate with the survey team to ensure that collecting, editing, cleaning and analysis is to the project specifications
  • Serve as the point of contact for all the client’s questions and ensure that the client requirements are met
  • Assist in transforming the client’s requirements and learning questions into the questioners
  • Assist with other stakeholders within the company to identify high potential client opportunities and pitch the survey product
  • Build a good working relationship with other teams in the company to strengthen the Survey offering’s product position

Knowledge and experience

  • An undergraduate degree from a tier 1 university
  • At least 2 years of experience in market research and survey design
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Capability to manage multiple projects at the same time, as well as prioritize, identify, and solve problems
  • Outstanding project management skills
  • Ability to give attention to details
