Our client has a dedicated team of financial specialists, CX, consumer and business intelligence, data science and analytics consultants that help clients make evidence-based choices to increase sales and revenue.
As a consultant, you will provide strategic analysis NPS data, as well as ad-hoc analytical requirements Australia’s largest bank.This opportunity offers the best of both worlds: a client-side role together with the technical rigour of a supply-side agency. This role requires you to offer strategic insight and evidence-based recommendations to high-profile stakeholders.
Moreover, it requires you to act as the point of contact and bridge between the company and the client to ensure smooth communication and coordination. It also requires you to interact with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
