The role
You will supervise and execute quantitative research work as a quantitative research consultant, ensuring that the project is completed on time while adhering to the highest industry standards and international norms. In addition, you will be working with both government and commercial clients in this position.
The successful candidate will be supported by a highly skilled leadership team and will collaborate with junior researchers to assist with administrative functions.
What you’ll do

  • Supervise, manage and advise on day-to-day research activities
  • Contribute to proposal writing, research design, data analysis, insight generation and report writing
  • Analyse consumers’ data and present the findings to the higher management and the clients
  • Facilitate and work across qualitative research at times
  • Take specific responsibility for initiatives and functions
  • Support junior members of the team and share their knowledge via one-on-one counselling
  • Be responsible for upward communication of success and areas of improvement
  • Recommend the use of a particular analytical method for a given qualitative study
  • Review interview questionnaires and suggest changes and improvements
  • Perform other advisory tasks as assigned

Knowledge and experience

  • A degree in a relevant field
  • Solid analytical skills particularly using Q
  • Comfortable in interacting with the client on a daily basis
  • Proven commercial market/social research experience
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Able to troubleshoot and draw the best out of suppliers
  • Able to work on a tighter schedule and meet deadlines
  • Adept at data visualisation and analytical tools
