The role
As a quantitative research consultant, you will design, develop, implement and analyse quantitative studies to extract information and insight from complex market datasets to assist the client in making strategic decisions. In addition, you will also work with the clients to maintain a smooth working relationship with them and use all the resources at your disposal to meet the clients’ requirements.

Furthermore, you will also work with all the team members and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and quality completion of the project that exceeds clients’ expectations. You will be working with diverse teams from multiple countries and backgrounds.

What you’ll do

  • Supervise, manage and advise on day-to-day quantitative research activities and establish a strong working relationship with the client
  • Analyse the quantitative data to develop actionable insights that provides the client with business solutions and opportunities
  • Prepare reports, presentations, research designs, proposals and recommendations and present them to the higher management and the clients to grow clients’ business
  • Design, develop and facilitate workshops for clients
  • Assist in research design, survey questions, data collections methods, proposals, resourcing and costing
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and quickly resolve issues
  • Manage research projects’ budgets with timely completion and quality assurance
  • Apply relevant business knowledge to projects
  • Lead the data analysis process – validate quality, apply frameworks, compile key themes and strive for commercial solutions


Knowledge and experience

  • 7+ years’ experience in market research consultancies and/or customer experience
  • Tertiary education in related field
  • Adept at data analysis packages such as SPSS, Excel and Q
  • Adaptability and flexibility is key
  • Ability to carry out duties autonomously and work effectively in a team environment
  • Outstanding attention to details
  • Exceptional organisational and management skills
  • Ability to complete the projects on time
  • Ability to develop a strong working relationship among all stakeholders inside and outside the company
