The role
  
As a research consultant quant, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of quantitative research projects. This role requires you to focus on high-quality project management and execution, taking a key role in the planning, development and monitoring of data collection and client deliverables.
  
  
Moreover, you will act as a bridge between the company and the client and will play your part in resolving any issues that may arise between the two.
  
  
What you’ll do
  

  • Supervise, manage and advise on day-to-day quantitative research activities
  • Develop research designs, conduct research, carry out surveys, conduct interviews, collect data, analyse data and draw insights from the collected data
  • Use data analysis to prepare reports, proposals and presentations to identify key problems and areas of improvement
  • Use your knowledge and experience to advise and consult other team members on the research design and execution method
  • Use your knowledge, experience and skills to train and mentor team members
  • Generate quantitative solutions after taking input from all the team members
  • Provide substantial input into proposal development and in the application of broad technical skills

  
  
Knowledge and experience
  

  • A specialist in the market research industry
  • Tertiary education in the relevant field
  • Flexible and adaptable to work outside of the core hours
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to give timely solutions and meet deadlines
  • Capable of working independently as well as a part of team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
